We are seeking an experienced and passionate full-time Clinic Coordinator to join our team. You will be scheduled to work on the front desk of any of our three clinics and behind the scenes in the office. The key focus is on client enquiries, appointments and exceptional client service. You’ll coordinate a dynamic work environment whilst ensuring superior product and service knowledge are always at the forefront. The role will include:

• Answering client enquiries about our services and products.
• Meeting and greeting clients, checking them in and checking them out, booking appointments.
• Keeping accurate client notes.
• Client follow ups and building relationships to generate repeat business.
• Opening and/or closing the clinic, including reconciliation of all sales
