What do I need to do to receive the $100 voucher?
Just complete your initial consultation. After that, the $100 welcome gift can be applied to your first in-clinic treatment.
What can I use the voucher on?
Your first in-clinic treatment, in one transaction, subject to the exclusions below.
Can I use it with VIP Prepaid Club or other promotions?
Not at the same time. The welcome gift can’t be used with any other offer, including packages or VIP Prepaid Club benefits.
Are there any exclusions?
Yes. The voucher can’t be used for Lip Flips, medical services, medical consultation fees, physical products, packages or Specialist Clinics services.
Can I redeem it at either clinic?
Yes, you can redeem at Sydney CBD or Chatswood. Choose your preferred clinic in the form and we’ll confirm availability.
What happens after I submit the form?
Our client services team will get in touch to confirm a time and answer any questions. If you share your main goal (for example pigmentation, acne scarring, tightening), we can guide you faster.
Is the voucher transferable or redeemable for cash?
It’s not transferable and can’t be exchanged for cash or credit.
Do I need to choose a treatment before my consultation?
No at all. The consultation is where we assess your skin and talk through the best options for your goals, budget, and downtime preferences.
