Consultations & Treatment Deposits

Consultations at Rejuvenation Clinics of Australia are complimentary.

Your consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss your concerns, have your individual needs assessed and understand the treatment options that may be appropriate for you before deciding whether you would like to proceed.

Complimentary consultations require no booking deposit
There is no obligation to proceed with treatment following your consultation
Deposits may still be required when booking some treatments, particularly longer appointments
If a treatment deposit is required, our team will explain the amount and relevant booking conditions when your treatment is arranged
These arrangements apply at both our Sydney CBD and Chatswood clinics

Deposits for certain treatment appointments may be collected separately at the time of booking, as indicated during the booking process.

Consultations at Rejuvenation Clinics of Australia are complimentary and available at our Sydney CBD and Chatswood clinics.

Booking a consultation carries no obligation to proceed with treatment. It is an opportunity to discuss your concerns, ask questions and understand the treatment options that may be appropriate for your individual needs.

About Your Consultation

Your consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss what you would like to address and receive personalised guidance before deciding whether treatment is right for you.

Depending on the treatment or concern being discussed, your consultation may include:

A one-on-one discussion about your goals, what you're noticing and what matters most to you
Review of relevant medical history, medications and other factors that may affect treatment suitability
Assessment of the area or concern you would like addressed
Discussion of treatment options that may be appropriate for your individual needs
Information about relevant treatment considerations, including expected treatment experience, recovery and aftercare where applicable
An opportunity to ask questions before deciding whether you would like to proceed

Treatment Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure some treatment appointments, particularly for longer bookings. Deposit requirements can vary depending on the treatment and appointment being booked.

If a deposit applies to your treatment, the amount and relevant booking conditions will be provided when your appointment is arranged.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the appointment time to another client.

Where a deposit has been collected for a treatment appointment, applicable cancellation and rescheduling conditions will apply.

Clients with treatment packages: repeated late-notice cancellations may result in a treatment being forfeited from your package.

We understand that things don't always go to plan. If you're running behind, please call us as early as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate you on the same day, although this may depend on clinic and provider availability.

If We Need to Change Your Appointment

In the rare event that Rejuvenation Clinics of Australia needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to provider or clinic availability, our team will contact you to arrange another suitable appointment time.

These fees are charged by our payment processor and are automatically applied at the time of payment.
