In the instance of a product defect we will exchange the product within 7 days of purchase as long as proof of purchase is provided. If the product has been damaged due to misuse an exchange may be refused.
All of our specialised skin care products have active ingredients, so if used excessively or contrary to the recommended usage given by our skincare consultant a skin reaction may occur. A full refund will be given in the case of a genuine allergic event as long as proof of purchase, and detailed evidence of the reaction is provided with your claim.
